Hello,
It should work with ELM Device, however not supported by the app at this time.

Maybe, Next version I will include the Rpm Idle adjustment feature. Since I do not have access to a Nissan vehicle, If any of you are willing to report back the test result and send me a Debug Log. I cannot test this feature thoroughly on a bench. It will be listed under Self Test (Adjust Idle Rpm), with 3 buttons. Increase, Decrease and save. Those buttons will respond negative on a bench ECU, as it is not attached to a running motor. If it works then I will include "Timing Adjustment" as well.

Hi, I have a 2004 T30 X-Trail GT (Petrol Turbo - 280HP !!!) that I would be happy to run these tests for you. Can you let me know the steps required to get you the correct debug log?
Been using your app for a while now and its great!! Only one that works with the GT.
If you want anything else tested let me know!

Been using your app for a while now and its great!! Only one that works with the GT. If you want anything else tested let me know! SG Hi, I sure would like to know if it is working properly. I cannot test the adjustment/saving function with my ECU on the bench. I recommend having a backup app/scantool that will adjust these parameters properly just in case Car Gauge Pro did not work. The debug log must be enabled under preference, then proceed with Rpm or Timing Adjustment, then exit app to generate the debug log. During the adjustment or saving, there should be a message with success or not. Please let me know how it goes if you decide to go along with this. Thank you By the way. By adjusting the parameters and saving it will be stored in the ECM.

That is wonderful news. Interesting, only works during warmup. I will note this down and inform the users on the next release. Did you receive any errors during warmup or was it successful on every attempt?

Even with the Nissan Consult 2, the engine has to be within 150*F-220*F for the timing advance to work. A couple others from maxima.org have confirmed it works and is sticking. You really have something here, you should get the word out on some other Nissan Forums. Might see a decent jump in sales.

If you don't mind sending me a debug log using the increase/decrease button. I am unsure whether the value is signed or unsigned which can affect the operation of the adjustment if the value type is unknown. I need to analyze the data while using the adjustment. There is 255 variance of adjustment and that means 255 wide spread of clicks. I may need to add a combo box to fill in those numbers for ease of adjustment. A debug log with many adjustment clicks will be useful. Thank you

Adjustment clicks for timing or idle rpm? And I'll try to figure out how to get a debug report...

Wait, found it. But it says an sd card is required... which I do not have one for my phone Yes, adjustment for both. An external root directory will do. Which most of the phones will support. You will see Car Gauge Pro Folder and the log should be under /Car gauge Pro/Debug Log. Use File Explorer to search for the folder. Thanks
