Hi Issac
Not sure if this is settings or a bug, every time I turn the phone, so it is either landscape view or portrait view, the connection is dropped to the BT OBD and there for PIDs ect and I have to start again, it is getting very annoying.
It has done this since day one. Any thoughts ?
Thanks
Samsung Galaxy, etc. as used on the Nissan Consult II thread...

Hello Charlie,
Send the debug log, please. Make sure you rotate the phone few times.
Thanks

Did you get a timeout message and are you setting the option to open profile on rotations.
Test it with profile on screen rotation disabled and select none for default gauge at startup.

No time out, just disconnects from selected Pids, gauges unselected. Screen orientation both. Profile on screen rotation untick - ? I missed that one, is it supposed to be ticked so it does not disengage perhaps

Uncheck the Profile on screen rotation. Make sure it is blank screen when screen is rotated. The Debug Log will be helpful.

If the screen is rotated while loading or recording pids the connection is dropped, it is frustrating as although the connection appears not to be dropped I have to reselect the PIDs I want .debug attached Attachments:

If I select all PIDs connection stays now, only drops when I select say five, so when I turn the the phone I have to reselect those five Kinda of a fix

Viewing data on Rotation is not optimized at the moment. I will make more improvements in the future.

I'm am now getting a time out or no response message constantly. It stays connected it seems, but data seems to be a little slow. How can I send you the debug file from my phone.

What are you doing to get that message? The type of system "KWP2000" will not achieve fast refresh rate. With the clone device maybe 5-7 pids per seconds. Debug is under preference, enable it and must exit app to generate the log file.

What year and model is this? What phone/tablet are you using? The data is not complete. I need it from the initial start of the program. Start app, go to preference, enable debug log, go back and connect, exit app then send again. Also please report the device info. Need Keyword bytes data. Thank you
