Sorry to bother you with this but having a hard time finding what I need from google.
The report that gives yes/no answers - don't know what it's called.
MIL Lamp Fault - YES : Does this mean I HAVE a fault, or just YES it's supported
Also what buttons do I click to consistently get back to this diagnostic/report to run it - sometimes it comes up but other times I can't find it.
Thanks
ps Time Since Engine Start - 255 Sec : it always says 255 sec, never changes, even when I've been on a long trip.

Does your Check Engine Lamp come on with Key on Engine Off? I will recheck this equation. You may find some of the bitmapped(Meaning multiple sensors related to a same Pid Identification) sensors are not supported even though they are shown.
The Diagnostic Report is basically a log list of the Request Functions you have performed. You have to append the log data manually by long clicking on the ListView (OBD II MENU). You may recall the report data by opening under Menu.
I will recheck the equation for Time Since Engine Start. It will be helpful to have a debug log for those sensors.

The Mil Lamp Fault is probably related to the circuit of the Check Engine lamp on your Instrument Cluster. Confirm the light comes on with Key On Engine Off. It may have a missing bulb, if it does not light on.

Maybe I need to reword the question
MIL Lamp Fault - YES Fuel Pump Secondary High - YES
Does this mean that both of these items actually have a problem OR does it only mean they are monitored.

What type of vehicle Make model and year? The MIL Fault indicates a problem with the lamp circuit in the cluster. I cannot be certain if these pids applies to your vehicle without a debug log.

Ok. I will make some corrections with the next release.
Time since Engine start (corrected in next release) Fuel Pump Secondary High (Should be Fuel Pump Secondary Monitor)

Sorry looks like my last reply was done while you were replying (I must learn not to leave tabs open).
Mil lamp comes on with key in, but does not stay lit after engine start - car has lots of problems, ( shakes <~1500rpm ) but mil doesn't light up.
2000 Ford Windstar listed it in signature.
I have a debug log from Saturday, the file looks small & I did multiple tests trying to figure out how the program works, if the debug doesn't overwrite at each test then it should contain the data your want - where do I send it? Do you want the diagnostics reports too?

Files can be uploaded here or send to Email. Did you run the Self Test with Powertrain? During the test, if it detects any problems it may report faults. With Powertrain * Leave Key On Engine Off, run KOEO Self Test, wait until the test have been completed and should report the fault status. * Start Engine, Run KOER Self Test, wait until the test have been completed and that also should report the fault status.

Sorry for the late reply. Were the debug logs I attached of any use? The problem with the car shaking turned out to be the harmonic balancer coming apart, the rubber was nearly fully out. Car gauge gave me enough information to rule out some of the other possible causes, so you could say that car gauge pro did diagnose through elimination I tried to do KOEO & KOER a few times KOEO - Test always fails. The only conditions I can find are EOT, AAT & ECT >50F <179F KOER - Starts to do the test but fails soon after it revs the engine, maybe because I don't know WHEN to cycle the controls - all info I can find tells me "scan tool displays any special instructions when required" but I never see any instructions - could be a needed sensor that's bad, will figure that out eventually... Will probably take months for me to (semi) understand all the info car gauge is giving.

Yes, split Harmonic Balancer can be misdiagnosed for a engine misfire. Good catch.
A log for KOEO and KOER will be helpful to have. The previous log helped me fix a calculation on a pid. Thanks
