I have an engine controller that provides CAN bus messages in 29bit format at a rate of 500Kbps. I want to view the vehicle state information as a "round gauges" displayed on an android tablet.
Does my question have to do with the OBD port (the ELM327) or the Gauge Pro software? Solutions would be great, but will gladly accept being pointed in the right direction as I am unsure how unique my situation is. Which piece if hardware should I attempt to make this work with? i.e., what is the most robust and widely accepting of unique formats of data?
