got a question, im modifying my patrol to take an R34 RB25de{T} motor, the ecu has tx/rx out, was wondering if you know what protocol they used ive been searching and cant find it anywhere cheers That is an old Consult I Port which is not compatible with the app. Nissan enhanced is KWP2000 Protocol at pin 7 of the OBD II Connecter.

Hi Isaac. I write from Spain. I have a Nissan Patrol ZD30 diesel engine that uses 16 pin connector but uses the protocol consullt nissan II.
Car Gauge BT recognizes the reducer but I fail to connect to the ecu. It always gives me error "can not connect". I tried with all protocols but not possible.
I have checked the box in Japan ODB preferences but to no avail. I see that other users have managed to communicate with the ECU. I'm not that bad
I've sent you a debug log.
Thank you very much for your time for nissan owners.

Hi Isaac, I am located in Holland and own a 2007 Nissan Patrol Y61 (IV) with a ZD30 Di diesel engine (not the CRD common rail). It has an OBD2 like 16 pin connector but support ConsultII. Any results after analyzing Ruben's debug log? Thanks

Hello, does anyone know if this app will read the abs codes? I have torque pro but it does not see abs codes. I am in the market for an app that reads the abs codes. Specifically the one for a 2011 Nissan juke. Thanks

I just tried the free and the paid versions. The full version connects to my 2003 Sentra about 1 out of 10-12 times. I read before paying, that it was possible to make timing and idle adjustment, could not find where to do it. Disconnected and then 'all auto' and Nissan modes would not connect for about 15 tries, finally last one did. Has anyone adjusted Idle or Timing?
